Service Description
Counselling & Consulting: Assistance and guidance to you and/or your support system in finding solutions, providing resources, and promoting a variety of coping strategies through one-on-one or small group sessions Intermediary Agent: Brokering conversations and advocating for your needs when consulting with your care-partners, such as family, physicians, financial advisors, lawyers, real estate agents, and other organizations. Downsizing & Decluttering: Creating a plan to organize your belongings in preparation for donation, sale, relocation to your new home or simply to modify and declutter your current space, making it more comprehensive and accessible.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. We will send a confirmation email within [timeframe]. Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your final balance. Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice). No-Show: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of their service. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 house in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Special Requests: Please inform us of any special requests or modifications to your service at least 2 days prior to your appointment. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via e-transfer, cheque, credit card, cash.
