Mobility Training is important at any age, but especially in later adulthood when we experience changes to our dietary, nutritional, physical and functional needs. Our Golden Age Mobility Training is planned and facilitated by qualified professionals with certifications in Yoga and Active Aging. 

A Golden Age Mobility Trainer can assist you with:

  • Creating personalized exercise and wellness plans, including but not limited to;
